Collections table to mark whether user has read it and understand what to read next

On the Collections page, have the ability to view a table showing metadata for the articles such as title, contributors, tags, etc. The table would allow the user to mark an article if they have read it with some indicator as to whether the article is useful or not. The user would also be able to add notes for each article. The table should be exportable.

This feature would make it easier for the user to track the articles in their Collection so that they have an easy place to see which articles have been read, which articles are of value and should be explored more thoroughly, and which articles have no relevant information.
